A planning suggestion
Build a more detailed experiment plan
The result uses your own answers. It does not verify customer evidence or predict sales.
How the suggestion is chosen
The first matching rule determines the next step: use an existing project when it fits; reduce a test that exceeds your limits; find a reachable audience; refresh old or missing evidence; ask for a concrete commitment; then scope a pilot. Recheck the remaining questions after addressing the first constraint. A sale is a stronger signal than praise, but still does not establish repeatability or profit.
Five questions for a useful customer conversation
- Tell me about the last time this problem happened.
- What did you do, and what did it take?
- What worked, and what remained difficult?
- How would you decide whether to try a different approach?
- Who would make or approve that decision?
Listen before explaining your solution. Keep observed behavior, direct words, and your interpretation separate. Ask permission before recording or sharing someone’s story.
Make a pilot reviewable
Agree on one deliverable, what success looks like, responsibilities, timing, price, and any cancellation terms before work begins. Set a review date. Count preparation, delivery, revisions, support, and selling time. Record a decision to continue, change, or pause.
