Who this is for
Consultants, educators, creatives, and experienced professionals who know their subject but need help turning it into a focused learning experience. Bring an idea, existing notes, or a course that needs a smaller first version.
A practical first scope
- A learner brief: who attends, their starting point, and the result they should be able to demonstrate.
- A session outline with teaching, practice, questions, and a realistic time budget.
- One exercise or worksheet tied to that outcome.
- A clear invitation or landing-page draft, with prerequisites and what is included.
- A pilot feedback plan: attendance, exercise completion, learner questions, and delivery effort.
The final deliverables, number of sessions, revisions, schedule, and price are agreed in a written proposal. This scope is a starting brief. Full course production, video editing, learning-platform setup, ongoing marketing, and software subscriptions require separate agreement.
How we would work
- Choose a learner and a result narrow enough for one workshop.
- Build the outline and practice activity together, or agree what Ashley will prepare.
- Review the invitation and delivery plan before asking people to join.
- Use the pilot evidence to decide whether to improve, repeat, or expand.
Bring these five answers
Who do you want to teach? What can they do afterward? What do they already know? What material do you have? What time and budget can you commit?
Download the workshop brief. Include your answers in the project request below. Sending a request saves it for Ashley to review; it does not book work, collect payment, or subscribe you to email.
