Information you submit
The beta, session, training, and Two Mondays workshop-interest forms collect your name, email, selected interest, optional message, and consent. This information is stored for Ashley to review and respond to your request. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
What happens next
A saved request is not a confirmed appointment, a purchase, or an activated beta account. No automatic email confirmation or marketing subscription is created by these forms. Your information is not displayed publicly by this site.
Paid workshop registration
Two Mondays registration uses Stripe checkout through Waymaker AI Inc. Stripe collects payment details, your name, email, attendance choice, and agreement to workshop terms. We store registration and payment references to manage attendance, joining instructions, and refunds. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by this website. Purchasing does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The friend invitation only copies text or opens your chosen sharing or email app; we do not collect your friend’s contact details. See the workshop terms.
My Workshop accounts and questions
The private participant area uses your paid registration to create a workshop account. We store a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, expiring sign-in sessions, and the questions you submit and any organizer replies. Your password and recovery code are not stored in readable form. A secure, essential cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days; signing out ends that session. The account setup page temporarily keeps your purchase setup reference in this browser tab until setup completes. Account access is tied to your purchase; this is not a separate email-verification service.
Workshop questions and replies are visible to you and the organizer, not other participants. Do not include credentials or confidential material in questions. The private area does not load analytics or subscribe you to marketing. Short-lived hashed identifiers and counters limit repeated authentication attempts. Full refunds remove paid access. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact info@waymaker.cx. We retain workshop records to provide the service and handle payment and support obligations.
Interactive tools and personal notes
The First Experiment Planner keeps your answers on the current page unless you choose Save on this device. That action stores your plan and progress checkmarks in this browser’s local storage. Load saved plan restores that copy; Delete saved copy removes it. Edits are saved only when you choose Save again. There is no account or cross-device sync, and clearing browser site data removes the saved copy. Copy, download, and print let you keep your own export. This planner does not submit your project details to us or an AI provider.
The offer builder, experiment calculator, AI productivity calculator, content planner, Two Mondays project planner, purpose note and Side Hustle Lab run in your browser. The productivity calculator keeps inputs and results only on the current page. The AI team page filters ideas and copies prompt templates locally; it does not run agents or send prompts. The AI team planner keeps your brief, personalized template prompts, and session checkmarks in page memory unless you choose Save to My Experiment. That action stores a text snapshot in local browser storage. My Experiment displays that snapshot and any saved First Experiment brief alongside your optional week notes, Builder DNA reflection, evidence log, and checkmarks. Save my week stores those notes locally; edits are not saved automatically. Delete controls remove each saved copy separately. There is no account, cross-device sync, or transmission of these notes. Shared-device users should delete their copies when finished. Its optional calculator handoff passes only your manual baseline minutes and weekly output count in the URL fragment; it does not pass project text. Their answers are not submitted to the site or sent to an AI provider. Copy and download controls export the text you choose. The workflow map saves completion checkmarks in local browser storage; its reset control clears the selected workflow’s progress. Optional prompt context is not saved. The Two Mondays planner uses prepared rules, not an AI service; its project details and checkmarks last only on the current page. Download a copy to keep the plan. The Lab’s AI action plan and its checkmarks last only on the current page. The Lab tracker keeps a local browser copy of the experiment name, effort and results you enter and also attempts anonymous database sync using a randomly generated browser identifier. The sync identifier is not based on your name, email address, or the content of another form. Remove individual entries with the tracker’s Remove button. Shared-device users should remove tracker entries when finished.
Workflow runs and pilot notes
The workflow run log and pilot observation worksheet keep entries in page memory until you choose Save on this device. Saved logs stay in local browser storage; their separate delete controls remove them. My Experiment links back to these logs without copying them. The optional stopwatch counts until stopped, including time in another tab, and does not persist a running timer across reloads. These tools do not transmit notes, automatically invite participants, record people, or publish case studies. Download creates a text file on your device. Keep identifying information out of these worksheets. Clearing browser data removes saved copies.
Your choices
For questions, corrections, or deletion requests, contact Ashley through Waymaker and identify the email address you used. You can decline further follow-up when Ashley contacts you.
Site services
The website uses hosting and database services to display pages and store requests. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Optional Google Analytics is available when configured. It loads only after you allow analytics. Declining keeps it off; you can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer when enabled. Your preference is stored in your browser. Analytics measures page visits, resource downloads, partner links, and confirmed requests, selected starting paths, completed plans, saved weeks, returns to a saved week, and self-reported first tests. These events do not verify outcomes. Names, email addresses, and form messages are not included in our custom events. Advertising personalization is disabled. Hosting services may retain operational logs needed to run the site.
Email list and free downloads
Free resources can be downloaded without subscribing. If you choose to join the email list, your email and consent are sent to the configured MailerLite signup service. The form reports success only when the service confirms the request; if it is unavailable, you can still download the resources. Newsletter preferences are separate from beta, session, training, and workshop-interest requests. A workshop request permits follow-up about that workshop; it does not add you to the general newsletter or reserve a seat. An unsubscribe link is included in marketing emails when sent.
Affiliate links & recommendations
Some future recommendations may contain affiliate links. Any such links should be identified near the recommendation so you know when a purchase could earn a commission. The educational guides on this site do not currently include monetized product links.
Experiments & results
Ideas and proposed tests are educational starting points. A listed venture is not a claim of revenue, profit, or launch status. Income depends on demand, costs, execution, and other factors. Examples and calculator inputs are illustrations, not earnings claims.
Independent training
Training is offered independently by Ashley Kays. Product names belong to their respective owners. Training does not imply vendor endorsement, certification, or included software access.
