A specific group you can reach, such as independent workshop instructors.

Describe a recent task or situation. “Their workshop notes are hard to use afterward” is more useful than “they need help.”

Name something they can inspect or try. Keep it to one useful outcome.

Name an existing relationship, a place where you can contribute, or people who have agreed to hear from you.

For example: two people can use the sample without help, or one relevant person requests a pilot proposal. This is your test target, not a forecast.

Choose a date even if some feedback may arrive later.
