For the idea you keep coming back to
Less “one day.” More “I made this.”
You may already have the skill, a half-finished site, or a useful process someone else could benefit from. This workshop gives that idea a little structure, dedicated building time, and an experienced person to help you make decisions.
We’ll keep the scope small enough to work on together. The goal is a useful first version you can show, test, and improve.
Three ways to begin
Pick one thing. Make it useful.
These are sample projects to show the size of the work. Bring your own idea or use one as a starting point.
THE PRACTICE KITA clearer next step.YOUR WORKSHEET / V.01
01 · Package what you know
A small digital product
A practical worksheet, template, checklist, mini-guide, or printable that helps one kind of person finish one task.
Your first version: a usable sample, clear instructions, and a simple product description.
YOUR SERVICEOne problem. A clear offer.LET’S WORK TOGETHER ↗
02 · Make your skill easier to buy
A service offer & page
Turn something you already do well into a focused service, with a clear deliverable, sensible scope, and a page that explains it.
Your first version: a pilot offer, a one-page draft, and an inquiry or conversation plan.
YOUR LITTLE TOOLMake one task a little easier.INPUT → REVIEW → OUTPUT
03 · Show how your idea works
A simple prototype
A small calculator, planner, interactive page, or visual workflow that demonstrates one useful task.
Your first version: a working demo or clickable prototype with a short testing checklist.
Sample concepts, not participant results. Complex apps, integrations, stores with large catalogs, and regulated advice products need a separate scope.
The working plan
Two Mondays. A week to put it into practice.
Join two live sessions on October 26 and November 2, 2026, from 7–9 p.m. Eastern. Attend on Zoom from anywhere, or in person in West Palm Beach if you are local. Each evening combines a step-by-step product build, guided practice, and questions, with a 10-minute break from 7:55–8:05 p.m. Practice continues between Mondays, with optional setup help and office hours included.
01
Monday one · Validate, plan & build
Turn an idea into something you can try.
00–15 minUse AI to research an audience, clarify the problem, and identify assumptions to check with real people.
15–30 minWrite a focused product brief, choose the essential features, and plan the user experience.
30–55 minWatch the first design and coding steps, then try the prompts on a small build.
55–65 minTake a 10-minute break.
65–105 minContinue the live build with guided practice, revisions, and troubleshooting.
105–120 minReview the first version and choose one useful question to test.
Your goal: a first draft or prototype, an understanding of the workflow, and a small feedback task.
02
Monday two · Refine, test & market
Improve the product and prepare to share it.
00–15 minReview real feedback and choose the changes that matter most.
15–55 minUse AI to troubleshoot, improve the design, and refine the build, with time to practice.
55–65 minTake a 10-minute break.
65–90 minTest the main user journey, mobile layout, links, forms, and content. Identify what still needs human review.
90–110 minUse AI to clarify your message and draft launch copy for an appropriate channel.
110–120 minPlan a seven-day marketing test and the next improvements.
Your goal: an improved prototype, a practical testing checklist, and a first marketing plan.
Between Mondays · Practice and listen
Allow about 60–90 minutes to show your draft to one or two relevant people, observe where they get stuck, and record what you learn. Use AI to organize the feedback, then decide what to change. Additional building time depends on your project. Bring your questions and what you have, even if feedback has not arrived.

We’ll use about 5 minutes to prioritize, 45 minutes for shared help, and 10 minutes for next steps. Individual project reviews depend on available time.
All dates are in 2026 and all times are Eastern (New York). Daylight saving time ends November 1. Both Mondays begin at 7 p.m.: EDT on October 26 and EST on November 2. West Palm Beach venue details will be provided closer to the workshop date. Zoom meeting links will be provided to confirmed registrants before their sessions.
AI as a useful working partner
Use AI with a purpose. Keep your judgment.
Follow one connected workflow from idea to first marketing test. I’ll explain which AI tool I’m using, why I chose it, how I check its output, and what I do when it gets something wrong.
Research the audience and alternatives, then test assumptions with real people.
Planning
Turn an idea into a product brief, a small feature list, and a clear finish line.
Design
Explore layouts, map the user journey, and improve clarity and usability.
Coding
Build a small working version, explain changes, and troubleshoot errors.
Testing
Draft checks, find problems, and review the experience yourself.
Marketing
Clarify the offer, draft launch content, and choose a first audience test.

Registrants receive replay access for 30 days.
Know the costs before you join
Start with what you need. Add tools as your project grows.
You can watch the demonstrations without buying software. For hands-on work, bring a laptop, reliable internet, and permission to install tools if you choose the coding path. We’ll cover setup before the first Monday.
Recommended for the coding path
Claude Pro + Claude Code
$20/month in the US for Claude Pro, including Claude Code access. Use one account for planning, coding, and reviewing. Usage limits apply; heavy use can require waiting or additional paid usage.
Hobby starts at $5/month, with $5 of resource usage included. Usage above that is extra. Free or trial access may suit limited practice. We’ll use a Railway-provided address to start, so a custom domain can wait.
Start with the Free plan for a small learning project. Pro starts at $25/month and is optional for this workshop. The free plan has usage limits and can pause inactive projects.
You can use a free account or an existing subscription for research and writing. ChatGPT Plus is $20/month; it is optional. You do not need both paid ChatGPT and paid Claude subscriptions to join.
No domain purchase is required for the workshop. Start with a provided project address and buy a domain when you are ready. Compare the first-year price and renewal price before purchasing.
Optional design exploration
Lovart
Explore it if you want additional help creating visual assets. It is not required to follow the workshop. We’ll distinguish optional demonstrations from the core setup.
Explore AI teammates for research, planning, and multi-step work across connected tools. This is an optional demonstration, not a required account or subscription.
Explore AI images and video for product visuals and launch content. You can follow the core workshop without it. Check current plan and credit costs before creating paid assets.
Following the suggested coding setup with Claude Pro, Railway Hobby, and Supabase Free starts at approximately $25/month in subscriptions, plus any usage overages, taxes, or optional purchases. The workshop itself is a separate $99 one-time fee. You can observe the demos without additional purchases, and a document-based project can use tools you already have.
Prices checked October 9, 2026. Providers may change prices, eligibility, and limits. Software and hosting subscriptions renew until cancelled; hosting must remain active if you want a deployed project to stay available. AI API usage, if you later add it to your own product, is billed separately from chat subscriptions. We’ll review what you need in the setup clinic before you buy.
AKSTRATEGY / DESIGN / BUILD
Your guide · Ashley Kays
A builder. In your corner.
Ashley brings more than 20 years of experience across product, design, marketing, and growth. She’s building her own ventures through The Wealth Experiment and helps other people turn ideas into useful work.
Expect practical questions, clear feedback, and help choosing the next sensible step.
Join live on Zoom from anywhere. If you are in West Palm Beach, you can attend in person. Confirmed registrants will receive the Zoom link or local venue details before the first session.
Do I need a finished idea?
No. Bring a skill, a repeated problem, or something you have already started. We’ll narrow it to a useful first version. The free workbook helps you choose before the session.
Do I need to know how to code?
No coding is required for the digital-product or service-page paths. A software prototype may need more setup and technical work. We’ll keep the scope appropriate to your experience.
Will I launch a complete business in two Mondays?
The workshop focuses on one small product, offer page, or prototype and a plan to test it. A complete business, guaranteed sales, and guaranteed income are not promised. Progress depends on scope, preparation, and participation.
Which AI or website tools will I need?
Bring a laptop and reliable internet. See tools and costs for the suggested coding setup and optional extras. Claude Pro includes Claude Code; a second paid AI subscription, a custom domain, Lovart, Grok Bot, and Higgsfield are optional. Start with Supabase Free if you need a database. The setup clinic will help you choose what fits your project. Waymaker remains optional.
