Work you can show

A clear offer.
A reviewed sample.
Evidence to act on.

Each week has a defined piece of work and a review. We use AI to help with research, drafts, and delivery, then check the result together. The aim is a first paid pilot; customer decisions and earnings are not guaranteed.

Your four-week plan

Make something small.
Learn from the response.

Bring one idea and work through it with the group. Plan for the weekly 90-minute lab and about two to three hours of practice between sessions.

  1. Week 1

Choose one buyer and one problem.

Turn a skill you already have into a small, clearly bounded service or workshop. Choose a useful result, a price to test, and a way to reach the people who might need it.

    Your artifact for feedback

A one-page pilot offer: who it helps, what you deliver, the price, and the limits.

Between sessions: Identify five relevant people you could ask about the problem. Record what you know and what you still need to learn.

  2. Week 2

Make a sample you can stand behind.

Use AI to help produce one representative example. Check the facts, quality, and fit yourself, then document the steps so you can deliver the work again.

    Your artifact for feedback

A reviewed sample, a short delivery checklist, and an honest estimate of effort and costs.

Between sessions: Try the workflow on another example. Include preparation, corrections, and failed attempts in your time log.

  3. Week 3

    Have the buyer conversations.

Practice explaining the offer, asking useful questions, and making a clear invitation to a paid pilot. Bring the responses back for feedback.

    Your artifact for feedback

A short pitch, a scoped pilot proposal, and notes from the conversations you actually had.

Between sessions: Work toward five relevant conversations. Record invitations, replies, conversations, proposals, and payments separately.

  4. Week 4

Use the evidence to choose your next move.

If a pilot sells, review the delivery and customer feedback. If it has not sold, use what you learned to improve the offer, change the audience, or pause the idea.

    Your artifact for feedback

An evidence review and a practical 30-day plan for the next test.

Between sessions: Keep testing at a pace you can sustain. Share customer work or results publicly only with permission.

What the $500 includes

  • Four 90-minute live virtual working sessions.
  • One review of your defined weekly artifact each week.
  • A workbook, pitch and proposal prompts, and an evidence log.
  • A final review and a practical plan for your next 30 days.

Use tools you already have where possible. Software subscriptions and other experiment expenses are separate.

A useful fit if you…

  • Want to test one small service, workshop, or practical deliverable.
  • Can make time to practice and speak with potential buyers.
  • Want feedback on real work and are willing to change the idea.

You can start without coding experience or an established audience. Bring a skill you can use, a realistic way to reach people, and a willingness to learn from their response.

Before you apply

A few useful details.

How is this related to Two Mondays?

Two Mondays is the free introductory workshop. First Paid Pilot Lab is a separate four-week continuation with a $500 total price. You can attend the free workshop without joining the paid lab, and you can apply to the lab without attending Two Mondays.

When does the lab start?

The dates have not been set. Add your time zone and availability to your application. Ashley will share the proposed schedule and confirm your place before asking you to pay. Applying does not reserve a seat.

How does feedback work?

Each week you bring the defined artifact: an offer, a sample and checklist, a pitch and proposal, or an evidence review. The program includes one review of that artifact per participant per week. Ashley will confirm the submission channel and timing with the cohort details. Keep confidential customer information out of anything you share.

Will I leave with a paying customer?

A first paid pilot is the goal. Buyers make their own decisions, so sales and income are not guaranteed. The work focuses on an offer, a sample, conversations, and evidence you can use. If no one buys during the lab, we review the responses and choose a useful next test.

What if the schedule does not work for me?

You can decline the proposed dates without paying. Written participation and cancellation terms are provided before enrollment. No payment is collected on this application page.
