Inside the experiment

I built the offers. Now comes the real marketing experiment.

Inside the Growth Fix, search and AI visibility, and the $350 AI workflow package: what we built, why it matters, and what we are testing next.

There’s a moment after you build a website when everything feels possible. The pages are live. The offer has a name. You can finally send someone a link.

Then comes the more interesting question: does another person understand why they should care—and what to do next?

That is the part of The Wealth Experiment I’ve been working on lately. Across Waymaker Agency and the learning projects, I’m bringing marketing, customer experience, and practical AI together around smaller, more concrete offers. Here is what we’ve built, the thinking behind it, and the next test.

1. Give a real problem a clear front door.

“I can help with marketing” leaves the buyer with a lot of work. They have to identify the problem, imagine the solution, and guess what they will receive.

The $997 Growth Fix starts at a more recognizable moment: a service business is receiving inquiries, but the path to a booked conversation gets stuck. We examine one journey and implement one agreed improvement in the tools already in use.

The offer now shows possible leaks and fixes, including a form notification going to the wrong place, an unclear confirmation, missing follow-up ownership, and a difficult booking step. These are starting points to investigate, rather than a promise that every business has the same problem.

What someone keeps: the completed improvement, a written handoff, a 30-day measurement plan, and seven days for clarification questions. Making those deliverables visible helps a person judge whether the scope fits.

2. Separate getting found from getting booked.

If nobody is discovering the business, improving a booking link cannot solve that whole problem. If relevant people are already asking for help, buying more traffic may leave the same broken handoff in place.

That is why we’ve made search and AI discovery a separate path: a $350 Discovery Audit, a $997 planning sprint, and focused SEO + AI Discovery at $1,250 per month. The audit diagnoses; the sprint creates a 90-day roadmap; the monthly service delivers a defined set of improvements.

We’re also explaining SEO, AEO, and GEO through the work: answer buyer questions, make useful pages accessible, describe the business consistently, and give people credible reasons to take the next step. A ranking or AI citation is not something we can promise. Useful, reviewable deliverables are.

3. Make AI useful after the first conversation.

A good AI demonstration can be exciting. The harder test is whether you can repeat it next Tuesday with different inputs.

The AI Working Session — Build + Follow-up now includes two private sessions for $350 total: a 90-minute build and a 30-minute review 7–14 days later.

We choose one recurring task—a campaign brief, research summary, or onboarding-message draft—and work through it together. You leave with a reviewed example, reusable instructions and context, and a quality checklist. Then you try it. The follow-up is where we can improve the parts that did not carry over into your actual work.

This is the principle behind Useful AI Beats Hype: real prompts, real projects, real results. For this experiment, results means work we can inspect and observations we can record. The package is for one person and one workflow; larger builds and connected automations have a separate scope.

4. Show the work before asking for trust.

We’ve been making the pages more concrete: step-by-step explanations, examples of the handoff, visible prices, and clearer invitations to start a conversation. The Growth Fix page shows possible changes. The AI package shows what happens in both sessions. The discovery offers distinguish a diagnosis from a plan and from implementation.

Here on Wealth Experiment, the new marketing offers guide brings those choices together. You can find a starting point based on your situation, then review the full service scope through Waymaker Agency.

There is a lesson here for anyone packaging a skill: show the buyer the thing they will have when the work is done. A revised response, a usable workflow, or a prioritized plan is easier to assess than a broad promise to “transform” their business.

What is built—and what we still need to learn.

Built: published offer pages, defined prices and scopes, example deliverables, explanations of the process, and routes to request help or book a fit call.

Still being tested: which problem resonates most, which offer produces qualified conversations, and whether customers find the completed work valuable enough to use. This update reports the work we have published; it does not claim a sales increase or a proven conversion lift.

For the next round, I want to keep the measures separate: people who visit, people who make a relevant inquiry, confirmed bookings, paid work, and what happens after delivery. A click on a calendar link is useful information, but it is not a booked conversation. The time and cost of delivering the work belong in the record too.

Borrow this experiment for your own work.

  1. Name one situation. Describe the moment a person realizes they need help.
  2. Define one useful deliverable. Show what they will receive, and what sits outside the scope.
  3. Make the next step obvious. A relevant question, request, or conversation is enough.
  4. Follow the whole path. Check the page, form, reply, and booking experience.
  5. Record what actually happens. Use the response to improve the offer before adding more.

You do not need to start with an entire agency, a complicated funnel, or a library of automations. You need a problem you understand, a useful piece of work, and a way to find out whether someone wants it.

Put one piece to work.
