Offer a $350, 90-minute AI Working Session: bring one real task (a brief, a research summary, an onboarding message), work through it with review, and leave with a workflow to reuse.
What we would measure
Relevant inquiries, paid bookings, delivery hours per session, whether people reuse the process within a week, and whether several buyers bring the same problem.
A possible business model
Paid private working sessions first; team workflow labs and group workshops only after the first sessions show demand. Free worked examples and teardowns serve as demonstrations.
How this fits the bigger picture
